Divided into 1,200,000 ordinary shares at a par value of 100 baht per share to carry out the project to produce electricity from solar energy "Solar Farm". This project has a PPA No. PVF2-PEA-051/855 on 31 Aug 16 by Blue Solar Farm 3 Co., Ltd. was appointed as the project sponsor from BAAC Agricultural Marketing for Agricultural Cooperatives Samut Sakhon Co., Ltd. and signed a purchase agreement with the Provincial Electricity Authority. The contract allows a purchasing power of up to 5.0 megawatts, with a period of 25 years from the date of commercial power supply (SCOD), which is December 30, 2016. At present, Blue Solar Farm 3 Co., Ltd. was approved for production by provincial industry on 13 Oct 2016, according to the book Aug. 0033 (3) / 11695. Blue Solar Farm 3 Co., Ltd. has already sold electricity to the Provincial Electricity Authority for commercial use on 28 December 2016. All electricity produced have been checked for quality measurement before seeing any incomes pay by the Electricity Authority and recognize revenue from commercial electricity sales from 9 Jan 2017 onwards.
